1.Due to the turbocharger is under high speed with high precision components,therefore,please do not disassemble unless necessary situation. 

2.Please never use the actuator rod as handle.

3.Please check the nuts on each joints regularly to make sure the nuts are not loosen.Please do not disassemble and adjust.

4.The turbocharger shall be pre-lubricated when the  vehicle stopped for more than one week.

5.The air,oil and lubrication oil should be clean and inclusion-free,choose CF-4 grade oil or above.

6. Clean the air filter regularly or change the oil filter.

7.When the engine starts,let engine be in idle speed for 2-3min,let oil pressure and temperature become normal,otherwise the bearing will be burnt due to lacking of oil.After engine starting,the engine can only be in idle speed before engine oil pressure become stable,never step on the acceleration when in idle speed,please do not let the engine operate in idle speed more than 10 min.

8.When the engine is operating at full capacity with high temperature,please do not switch off the engine under no special circumstances,Slow down gradually,Operating in idle speed at least 2-3 min before the engine was stopped,prevent the turbocharger from being damaged due to lacking of oil and overheating when in inertia operation.

9.When the vehicle is operating in high speed,engine flame-out is strictly prohibited in order to prevent turbocharger from burning out of oil.
